If you are not completely satisfied with Nature’s MACE animal repellents, we will refund the purchase price or replace the product at no charge. Nature’s MACE will not be responsible for any type of damage or be obligated for any type of compensation.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return for a full refund.
We are not responsible for the returning shipping fee under following circumstances:
1. Customer simply doesn’t want the item of changed their mind.
1. Please send back the package with normal shipping, not express shipping. We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier.
2. Kindly attach the copy / original order number inside the package.
1. Please allow 2-4 business days for the processing of the returns/exchanges.
2. Refunds will in most cases be issued to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
3. Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement (PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately).
Orders placed after 2:00p.m EST will ship on the next business day via FedEx Ground or FedEx Smart Post unless otherwise specified by customer and agreed to by Nature’s MACE.
