If you suspect that clothes or sheets have been infested, wash them at very high temperatures to eliminate the pests.
If you suspect that your luggage may have been invaded by bugs, keep them in a plastic bag to avoid spread of the bugs, and then carefully sort the items out and wash the clothing among the at very high temperature.
