This product is designed to repel deer, moose, and elk. The concentrates require mixing with water in an application sprayer. Liquids can be applied using a motorized spray pump or sprinkler system. You can also try our granular repellents for targeting specific areas and for protecting lower-level plants (plants under 2 feet tall). For Winter Use:

Although these plants are dormant, deer will eat them and weaken spring growth. Use our repellent during the winter as a preventative measure. You can spray less in the winter as there is less foliage and roughly once per month. If you notice deer in the winter, they will likely be back in the spring. After a cold winter deer are eager to eat new growth. The best time to start spraying is at the beginning of each growing season. Be sure to spray seedlings and new growth right when it emerges.

Deer Rubbing:

Spray directly to the base of plants and tree trunks. At first, the product will have a slight smell but will dry odor-free. This deer repellent is designed to change browsing behavior and train deer to stay away. Both the granular and liquid work to repel and prevent deer rubbing, which can severely damage and kill trees.
