I purchased Cat Mace in both spray and granule. The granules have kept my flower beds "cat" free! The spray did not seem as effective around flower beds as the granules but have kept the cats out of the areas the granules could not go. The scent is noticeable but in no way offensive... and way better than the smell created by the neighbohood cats using my flower beds as litter boxes. The spray did not seem to last as long on the beds. It did keep the cats from lounging in our driveway and on our cars.
It works as long as you follow the directions and stay on top of the yard. Every time you see a sign where a mole is coming back you have to repeat porcess. It's not long lasting but temporarily get rid of them. It's alot of work. I have already used the 5 gallon bucket and their back again. I wish there was something that lasted longer and still wasn't harmful to dogs. I love that my dog could be right beside me while I'm treating the yard for moles and it's not going to hurt him.I don't regret buying it at all but instead of speading the amount I did I'm going to try other options to see what works better or lasts longer. Who knows,I might be ordering again! I don't like putting a bunch of chemicals on my yard.
